The improved ABS Flow-through Distribution Manifold is a proven advancement from the vintage sheet metal design. Our manifold design with insulating features not only creates excellent flow-through distribution for any air ring, but it also includes aspects such as:

minimizes condensation

eliminates corrosion

engineered airflow surfaces to reduce friction

high-impact & durable engineered ABS polymer construction

non-corrosive material that outlasts the

specifically designed for balanced air distribution to help the air ring intake for better gauge control

conserves energy when extrusion rate, maintaining constant temperature, safety, and energy conservation are an issue

The improved ABS Flow-through Distribution Manifold is highly recommended to comply with A.B.I, G.F.S.I. and Food and Drug applications.
Comes in a Soft-Shell Neoprene Insulation manifold option.

Standard 8” inlet from blower
4, 6, or 8 outlet ports, 4” diameter standard on all designs depending on application
This enhancement can be installed on top of the air ring or under the air ring around the die, reducing the number the of hoses on the floor
