Construction:
• Extruder(s) with custom controls
• Screen changers – manual, hydraulic or continuous available
• Mono and multi-layer die configurations
• Custom designed CPMI air ring to maximize output and reduce gauge deviations for all resin types and blends
• Bubble guide system designed to suit various tower heights and bubble diameters with mechanical or electrical options of movement in tower and bubble sizing
• Top nip assembly and roller collapsing frame with Teflon rollers, wooden slats, high slip slat covers, carbon fiber roll or conveyor collapsing mediums
• Stationary or oscillating haul-off
• Tower assembly manufactured from structural steel
• Turret or surface winders, automatic film cutover, auto-roll change and PLC control – cantilevered design available too
