– The system effectively increases the low areas in the film to improve quality and yield.
→ The CPMI Manual Perfect Balance is capable of gauge profiling on rotating or oscillating blown film dies as well as stationary dies.
– The profiling pattern will follow your die orientation to keep effective and accurate gauge correction at all times, this feature being extremely important with rotating or oscillating blown film dies.
→The CPMI Manual Perfect Balance unit and/or air ring is equipped with manual knobs to adjust the airflow to its corresponding section (segment) through valves.
